All package items excluding the downloadable Meet & Greet video will shipped to the address provided. Your Meet & Greet chat will be recorded and emailed as a download link 2-4 business days following your experience.
 
Each Meet & Greet encounter will last ten minutes.
All virtual Meet & Greet information will be emailed to you 5 days before the event date. This information will be sent  to the email address that you provided with the purchase of your package. You will be notified promptly of any changes should they occur.

We highly recommend that you use a laptop or desktop computer and have a strong, stable internet connection. You may use a mobile device as long as it has a front facing camera and a microphone.
Please make sure that you test your equipment and internet connection before your scheduled video chat. Please download the Zoom App ahead of time so you will be ready when you name is called.
